This service is for people who already use our power meter, who want to “transfer” the power meter to a new crank,
As a part of the service, we remove the power meter from the old crank and install new components on the new one and upload the latest software. Warranty period starts from the beginning and lasts 2 years.
The service also includes upgrade of power meter to the newest version on the same crank arm. It is possible to perform the service on meters covered byt the warranty and meters after the warranty period.
The condition of the device does not matter, it can be damaged as well as working – it doesn’t affect the price.
