Make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on and you have Internet acess. Additionally, the application should have Location permissions – during the first launch, the application asks the user for permission to use the location. Please accept. The current application permissions can be found in the phone system settings.
The power meter must be woken up and cannot be connected to other devices, for example, a cycling computer or smartphone using the BLE Bluetooth protocol.
