Priority choose ANT + connection, it is a dedicated protocol for connecting sports sensors. If the problem still exists, check if the same problems apply to other sensors (e.g. heart rate sensor) – if so, then the problem is with the computer. Also, check that other devices do not cause interference (e.g. bicycle lamps).
